According to the Act on Official Regulatory Monitoring Activities and Regulation on Official Monitoring Rules, a specific procedure should be used for assessing the importance, necessity and effectiveness of official monitoring rules. The following checklist is intended both to facilitate implementation of such an assessment and to harmonize presentation of the findings:
